Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of IT training and application support specialists
- Oversee development and delivery of IT training.
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align training with organizational needs
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and manage schedules/assignments
- Promote a culture of customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement
- MediClear certification or equivalent HIPAA credential
- Associates degree in Clinical Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- OR High school diploma/equivalent plus 2 years of IT operations experience
- Strong understanding of IT workflows, healthcare applications, data integrity, and training methodologies
- Ability to manage priorities, lead teams, and support remote staff
- Epic certification (or ability to obtain within six months)
- Healthcare IT experience within clinical, business office, or ambulatory settings
