- Maintain smooth operation and physical design of the Tibco database
- Review database design and system integrations, recommending enhancements or improvements
- Manage database security and integrity controls
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for database management
- Monitor transaction activity and system utilization
- Perform database loading and operational procedure management
- Oversee environment management, including development, test, staging, and production
- Ensure database health through proactive monitoring and reactive responses
- Plan and implement backup, recovery, and upgrade strategies
- Coordinate environment transitions and resource planning
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain system performance
- Linux Administration - 1-2 years of experience managing Linux systems and environments.
- SQL / Database Management - 2-4 years of experience writing, querying, and managing databases.
- Troubleshooting - 2 years of experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues in database or IT systems.
- Relationship Building - 1 year of experience collaborating with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
