Main Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end business solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP, Kofax Document Imaging, Microsoft Power Platform and Studio, and AI Agents to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the strategic business automation and AI roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities and future-state vision.
• Design AI Agent frameworks for Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications through IT enabled platforms that align with enterprise standards.
• Define and implement testing strategies for AI Agents and automation workflows
• Lead deployment activities for business AI-driven solutions and automation platforms, ensuring seamless rollout, monitoring, and post-deployment optimization.
• Integrate Kofax Document Imaging solutions with ERP and workflow automation systems to streamline document capture, classification, and data extraction.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to design low-code/no-code solutions that enhance business agility and reporting capabilities.
• Utilize delivered Google Cloud Products for AI/ML models, data analytics, and scalable automation services.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into technical and functional solution designs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Digital Workforce team members on solution design, business process knowledge, and technical troubleshooting
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve business automation and AI capabilities that deliver measurable ROI.
• Partner with IT and Digital Workforce teams to ensure infrastructure readiness, compliance, and seamless deployment of solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders through presentations, documentation, and workshops.
• Support change management by aligning solution delivery with training, adoption strategies, and business communication plans.
• Monitor and measure solution performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with operational goals.
• Champion Agile methodologies for rapid development and iterative delivery of high-value solutions.
• Work with leadership team to review project priorities, assign work tasks, and monitor progress of initiatives
  
  

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Bachelors Degree required; advanced degree preferred in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience:
• 7 years in solution architecture, automation technologies, and business process improvement.
• Strong background in Kofax Document Imaging, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Cloud AI/ML, Automation Anywhere, and Oracle AI Agents/ERP.
• Proven experience in designing, testing, and deploying AI Agents and automation solutions within enterprise platforms.

• Ability to create and deliver senior leadership presentations
• Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to create Solutions Roadmaps
• Review emerging technology capabilities and build POC projects
• Provide coaching, feedback, and technology recommendations to team members
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate value propositions.
