The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Class A CDL Driver to support field operations, equipment logistics, and storm response across our service region. The Class A CDL Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Class A trucks and trailers, including hauling heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites. This role also supports field operations, equipment readiness, and real-time storm response. This is a hands-on position requiring flexibility, strong work ethic and the ability to perform in fast-paced, weather-driven conditions.
Qualifications, Experience & Responsibilities
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- 5 years of experience operating Class A trucks and hauling equipment
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, inspections and load securement
- 3 years of snow removal experience preferred
- Experience with lowboy preferable
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn snow equipment (plow, skid steer, loader)
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and field service software
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and company standards
- Properly secure loads using chains, binders and straps in accordance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate equipment staging, deliveries, and pickups before, during and after the snow season and snow events
- Support field operations during snow events, including operating equipment as needed
- Assist with minor repairs and preventative maintenance on trucks and equipment
- Communicate with Management supervisors and field teams to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Strong time management, reliability and self-motivation
Winter Season Operations
All employees and field managers are expected to participate in snow removal operations as needed and at management's direction. This aligns with our "all hands" policy, which boots dedicated snow operations roles with additional bandwidth as needed, especially during severe winter events.
Compensation Package
Base Salary
Hourly $36 - $38 per hour depending on experience
(Commensurate with experience, leadership ability, and operational background)

Work Schedule Expectations
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours
- Winter season (Nov 1 – April 30): On-call and weather-dependent schedule. Must be available for overnight, extended, holiday and weekend shifts during snow events
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed
