Job Summary
Executive Wealth Solutions Insurance Services ("Your Pension Partner") is contracting with hand-picked California Licensed Insurance Agents to serve public sector employees — teachers, county workers, and first responders — in the Palmdale / Antelope Valley area. As an independent agent, you'll help clients understand their life and health insurance options — including payroll deduction products offered at the worksite where authorized — that complement their pension. This is an independent, commission-based 1099 contractor opportunity. You set your own schedule and methods and cover your own business expenses. Earnings vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Identify new client opportunities through your own outreach and worksite relationships
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs across life and health insurance
- Present coverage options, including payroll deduction products, clearly and accurately while following all applicable insurance regulations
- Maintain your own records of leads, follow-ups, and activity (Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office tools are available to you)
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-up
- Stay current on product knowledge and compliance, including HIPAA for health insurance
- Deliver every case in line with carrier guidelines and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Active California Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain before appointment)
- Experience in outside sales, insurance, or client-facing roles preferred, not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual/multilingual a plus for serving diverse communities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
- Local to or able to work in the Palmdale / Antelope Valley area

You won't be left to figure it out alone. Contracted agents are welcome in the field to observe live client meetings before running their own. Onboarding resources cover our public sector niche (CalSTRS, LACERA, CalPERS), life and health products, payroll deduction offerings, and compliance — with mentorship and support available from day one, while you remain free to run your own practice.
