Residential Security Agent - CCW Preferred

Executive Support & Logistics is seeking highly skilled Armed Residential Protection Agents (RSAs) to support a 24/7/365 Residential Security Program for a principal in the Bay Area. Agents will work as part of a two-person on-site team providing continuous protection, access control, emergency response, perimeter monitoring, and household security support at a private executive residence.This position requires exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment. Roles include both full-time dedicated team assignments and part-time/adjunct coverage.ResponsibilitiesProvide 24/7 protective coverage as part of a two-agent residential security teamControl and monitor access to the residence, including vendors, guests, and service personnelConduct continuous patrols (interior and exterior) and monitor security systemsDetect, deter, and respond to suspicious activity, intrusions, or security anomaliesSupport emergency response (medical, fire, law enforcement coordination, evacuation)Document all incidents, activities, and shift handovers through detailed reportsAssist in safe arrivals/departures of the Principal and familyMaintain strong situational awareness and follow established Post OrdersManage radios, communications equipment, and emergency gearCoordinate with corporate security and company operations teams as requiredMaintain strict confidentiality and uphold privacy at all timesMinimum QualificationsValid California BSIS Guard CardValid CA BSIS exposed firearm permitMinimum 5 years of experience in executive protection, residential security, military, or law enforcementClean background (criminal, civil, driving, and employment verification required)Current CPR/AED/First Aid certificationStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional customer service and professional presenceAbility to work 12-hour shifts (day and night)Ability to maintain composure and sound judgment under stressHigh level of reliability, punctuality, and integrityPreferred QualificationsPrior experience protecting high-profile individuals or high-net-worth householdsEMT, TCCC, or advanced medical trainingDefensive tactics or advanced firearms trainingExperience operating residential alarm/tech systems and CCTV platformsFamiliarity with Bay Area private security environmentsClean driving record suitable for driving assignmentsConcealed weapons permitSchedule12-hour shiftsMultiple full-time positions availablePart-time agents used for relief, coverage, and special assignmentsWeekends, nights, and holidays may be requiredCompensation & BenefitsFull-Time Employment Includes:$110,000–$130,000 annual salary (depending on experience)Fully paid medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off, sick leave, and paid holidaysQuarterly training and professional developmentPart-Time / Per-Shift:$650–$750 per 12-hour shift (DOE)Opportunities for long-term assignments and advancementBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance Application Question(s):Are you willing to undergo a full background screening (criminal, civil, employment, social media, MVR)?Have you previously served in a Residential Security Team (RST) or protected a high-net-worth or high-profile individual?Are you available to start immediately or within the next 2 weeks?This role involves continuous patrols, standing/walking for long periods, and responding quickly to emergencies.
