Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Reception / Administrative Assistant to join our Jacksonville office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming, polished demeanor
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room usage
- Perform clerical duties (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory needs
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Strong phone etiquette and front desk experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Customer service–oriented mindset
- Previous office administration experience preferred
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Do you have at least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role?
Are you comfortable answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls?
Do you have experience providing customer service in a professional office setting?
Are you able to multitask (e.g., greet clients, answer phones, and complete clerical tasks simultaneously)?
Can you reliably work on-site Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM?
