We are seeking a talented Licensed Barber and a dedicated Barber Apprentice to join our growing team in a prime location on Watson Boulevard. This is a great opportunity to build and grow your clientele in a high-visibility area with strong customer traffic.
We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, passionate about barbering, and committed to delivering quality services. Apprentices are welcome, but must be serious about learning the trade, developing their skills, and building a successful career in barbering.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive client experience.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation.
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
- Build and retain a loyal client base.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive shop environment.
- Stay updated on current barbering trends, techniques, and styles.
- Follow all state and shop guidelines regarding health and safety.
QualificationsLicensed Barber
- Current Barber License required.
- Strong cutting, grooming, and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Barber Apprentice
- Currently enrolled in or actively pursuing a barber apprenticeship program.
- Must be serious about learning the profession and advancing skills.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
- Passion for barbering and customer service.
Requirements for All Applicants
- Must provide a portfolio of work showcasing barbering skills.
- Portfolio should include clear photos and/or videos of haircuts, grooming services, and styling work.
- Photos and videos should have little to no editing or filters so skills can be accurately evaluated.
- Strong communication and professionalism are required.
