Sales Consultant (Manufacturing)

Sales ConsultantRole and Responsibilities Identify prospective customers through lead generation and outreach. Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommendappropriate products. Maintain strong product knowledge and clearly communicate product features andbenefits. Demonstrate how products solve customer challenges and improve operations. Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers. Collaborate with internal colleagues and departments to support customer needs. Maintain accurate contact lists and follow up with customers to build long-termrelationships. Review customer credit status and assist with collections of outstanding balances whennecessary. Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.Qualifications and Education Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 1–2 years of industry-related sales experience within the distribution or suppliercommunity preferred. Background in industrial, manufacturing, or machinery-related environments isstrongly preferred. Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current automobileinsurance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and email communication. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform with minimal supervision. Driven to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.Benefits Competitive base salary Commission program Monthly car allowance and expense reimbursement Comprehensive healthcare plan, including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributionsCompany DescriptionGreat Company culture
