What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the nursing team to deliver exceptional, person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain survey readiness
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement processes
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively
- Support staff development through training, coaching, and education
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in NY
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing facility with 300 beds
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of long-term care regulations and standards
