Executive Search Placement is partnering with one of the nation's most respected and recognized general contractors - a firm that has built some of the most recognized resorts, stadiums, and infrastructure projects in the country - to identify a Project Manager for Oklahoma.
Compensation Range - $150-160 /Negotiable
The Opportunity: This is a field-based project leadership role with full ownership of the client/owner relationship, subcontractor management, schedule, cost controls, and safety compliance. You will sit at the intersection of ownership, design, and the trades - driving decisions, protecting margins, and delivering results.
What You'll Own
- Contract negotiations, change management, and claims protection
- Cash flow, cost reporting, and pay application review
- Subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and payment approvals
- Schedule oversight, delay notices, and A/O/C meeting leadership
- Safety program compliance and OSHA standards enforcement
- Owner, architect, and subcontractor correspondence at all levels
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, plus 10 years of relevant experience; or 14 years of experience without a degree
- Demonstrated history managing building construction projects exceeding $50M in value
- Background in lodging and/or casino construction strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Prolog, SureTrak, Primavera, or comparable PM software
