Executive Search Placement is partnering with one of the nation's most respected and recognized general contractors - a firm that has built some of the most recognized resorts, stadiums, and infrastructure projects in the country - to identify a Project Manager for an active Casino/lodging project in Pocola, Oklahoma. If you have led similar projects from contract execution through close-out and are open to working outside of Nevada for a couple of years – this is a great opportunity.
Regarding the travel: Company-paid housing provided and monthly travel home to Las Vegas covered for the duration of the project. Upon project completion, you’ll work back in Las Vegas or possibly an alternative major city – if that is your preference.
Compensation Range - $150-160 /Negotiable per years of experience
*Candidates with lodging and casino project experience will be given first consideration.
The Opportunity:
This is a field-based project leadership role with full ownership of the client/owner relationship, subcontractor management, schedule, cost controls, and safety compliance. You will sit at the intersection of ownership, design, and the trades - driving decisions, protecting margins, and delivering results.
What You'll Own
- Contract negotiations, change management, and claims protection
- Cash flow, cost reporting, and pay application review
- Subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and payment approvals
- Schedule oversight, delay notices, and A/O/C meeting leadership
- Safety program compliance and OSHA standards enforcement
- Owner, architect, and subcontractor correspondence at all levels
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, plus 10 years of relevant experience; or 14 years of experience without a degree
- Demonstrated history managing building construction projects exceeding $50M in value
- Background in lodging and/or casino construction strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Prolog, SureTrak, Primavera, or comparable PM software
