Executive Search Network is seeking a highly qualified individual to function as a Regional Director of Operations for five Skilled Nursing Facilities in Maine. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in nursing home management and will answer directly to the CEO of the company.
As a stand in for the CEO, the candidate in this position will be responsible for oversight of facility administrators and department heads with a focus on the following areas:
Census
Revenue enhancement via increased quality mix
Creating synergies with feeder hospitals
Reduction of contract labor
Hiring & Termination Reccomendations
General management of the facilities
The candidate will also oversee overall personell management and will have the ability to restructure departments as necessary. Prior knowledge of MaineCare & PDPM will be a big plus.
