- Manage annual budgets of $15M , including P&L, balance sheets, and cash-flow reporting.
- Develop and monitor KPIs tied directly to organizational growth and financial performance.
- Lead and mentor staff to foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Execute strategic initiatives with precision and urgency.
- Streamline workflows and ensure compliance with operational and financial best practices.
- Provide data-driven insights that improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM certification or MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in operations leadership within a professional-services environment (legal, medical, accounting, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and high-performing teams.
