  • Support proposal development by ensuring submissions comply with solicitation instructions, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify contractual and business risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements, and other pre-award contractual documents.

Contract Negotiation & Execution

  • Lead or support negotiations involving prime contracts, subcontracts, agreements, and modifications.
  • Develop negotiation positions and strategies in coordination with legal, finance, program management, business development, and executive stakeholders.
  • Exercise delegated authority to review, negotiate, and execute contracts and subcontracts within established company policies, approval thresholds, and authorization frameworks.
  • Evaluate proposed contractual language and recommend solutions that appropriately balance business objectives, compliance requirements, and risk.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align contractual obligations with applicable cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST SP 800-171.
  • Assist stakeholders in understanding contractual cybersecurity requirements and their impact on program and subcontract performance.

Subcontract Administration

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer subcontracts supporting Federal and Commercial programs.
