The Business Development Executive is a strategic leader responsible for driving organizational growth through innovative partnerships, market expansion, and operational excellence. This role serves as the primary liaison to USTRANSCOM and Air Mobility Command, leading all U.S. and International market sales strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in government, military, and aerospace sectors, with a global perspective and proven success in high-level stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute U.S. and International market sales strategies, targeting Department of Defense and Armed Forces clients.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across federaland international sectors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for USTRANSCOM and Air Mobility Command.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with military, government, and industry leaders.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes and drive business performance.
- Manage resource allocation, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable programs, leveraging experience in national security, logistics, and infrastructure.
- Navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Mentor and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Executive leadership experience in military aviation operations, planning, programming and/or acquisition.- Proven success in managing large-scale budgets, infrastructure programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and policy development.
- Strong background in international relations, national security, and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degrees preferred in international relations, business, or engineering).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct engagement with NATO, European Union, Asia-Pacific, and Arab regional partners.- Background in aerospace sales or operations, including government procurement and defense contracting.
- Air Force Mobility Pilot or Navigator with command experience highly preferred.
