Northern Illinois manufacturer needs a hands-on, full-charge Accountant to take full responsibility for the company's accounting operations.
- Perform full-cycle accounting duties including A/R, A/P, payroll entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Any experience with product costing, inventory analysis, and margin reporting a plus
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and global finance teams
- Implement and maintain accounting processes and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 5 years manufacturing accounting experience
- Experience working independently or in a small team environment
- Proficient in accounting software, Excl etc.
