Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that support company objectives and drive office growth.
- Manage financial performance, including profit and loss accountability.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees to maximize team performance and engagement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and community partners.
- Oversee operational projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
