EPSI Worx is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a School Director. The School Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the institute, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in education administration or a related field.
- Teaching certification and previous teaching experience.
- At least five years of managerial experience.
- Excellent drafting skills to develop various documents and policies.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- First-class organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and evaluate curricula, teaching procedures, and educational materials to enhance the quality of education provided.
- Gather and analyze data, review reports, and monitor the performance of faculty staff and the progress of teaching methods.
- Establish school policies and procedures to ensure student safety, order, and discipline.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Oversee administrative duties, including the hiring of staff, development of budgets, and management of facilities.
- Report directly to the President and provide regular updates on the institute's operations and performance.
