Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented temporary team member to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with patron inquiries, and cashier part of daily operations. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create a welcoming experience for all customers. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their journey
- Assist customers with questions explaining features clearly and confidently
- Handle cashiering duties including POS (Point of Sale) transactions, cash handling, and maintaining accurate sales records
Experience
- customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are advantageous
- Supervising experience is beneficial but not mandatory; leadership qualities are appreciated in supporting team efforts
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
