About the Role
This position is perfect for someone starting out in the automotive field who wants hands‑on experience, steady mentorship, and a supportive team that genuinely cares about your growth. What You’ll Do
- Perform basic maintenance services: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filters
- Assist experienced technicians with inspections, repairs, and diagnostics
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Communicate clearly with the team about vehicle findings
- Support day‑to‑day shop operations and pitch in wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and tools
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Respect for customers, coworkers, and the shop’s long‑standing reputation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Previous lube tech or shop helper experience
- Enrollment in an automotive program
- Interest in pursuing ASE certifications
