We are a top-tier security guard company based in Oahu, providing uniformed guard services to hotels, condos, retail sites, construction zones, and more.
Position: Dispatcher (Full-Time)
Location: Aiea, Hawaii
Schedule: Positions available for weekdays (Monday-Friday) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Graveyard Shifts available
Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Shift Scheduling & Post Coverage
- Ensure all posts are filled across all client sites.
- Maintain and update the master schedule in real time.
- Communicate daily assignments to officers and supervisors.
- Coordinate immediate coverage for last-minute callouts or no-shows.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain open communication with all guards and supervisors regarding scheduling needs or changes.
- Coordinate directly with Operations Manager and Scheduler on shift updates or personnel changes when necessary.
Administrative Duties
- Keep accurate records of shift assignments, changes, and call-offs.
