Long-Term Professional Career Nanny for Active Family | Fenton, Michigan

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM Saturday: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM Flexibility required for domestic travel
Compensation: Highly competitive compensation package, including 4 weeks paid time off and major holidays
Position Overview: A warm, busy, and active family of 6 (children are 3-8 years) in Fenton, Michigan is seeking a polished, experienced Career Nanny for a long-term role. The ideal candidate is professional, extremely organized, and engaging, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.
This family leads an active lifestyle and enjoys travel and outdoor activities, especially during the summer months. They are looking for a nanny who is attentive, proactive, and confident in the water.
Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, high-quality childcare and ensure children’s safety at all times Safely transport children to and from school and activities Support homework, engage in educational play, and foster development Prepare snacks and assist with daily routines, including bathing Manage children’s laundry and maintain organization of children’s spaces Clean up after meals and perform light child-related tidying Travel with the family as needed to provide seamless childcare support
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional career nanny experience Polished, professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (vehicle provided during work hours) CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Excellent references and ability to pass a background check Flexible and willing to travel domestically Pet friendly
