Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Attorney for a full-time, on-site role located in Fairfax, VA. The Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, including advising clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and legal proceedings. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on developments in practice areas such as government contracting, corporate law, trusts and estates and litigation and providing advocacy tailored to clients’ objectives. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and clients to deliver effective legal strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing legal advice and handling matters related to general law
- Proficiency in
government contracting, corporate law, trusts and estates aand/or litigation
- and related disciplines
- Strong skills in Research and understanding of legal precedents
- Demonstrated ability in Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases
- Proven experience working with businesses in advisory or litigation settings is a plus
