- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and service area
- Properly dispose of trash, recycling, and hazardous materials
- Clean spills, sweep/mop floors, and handle general janitorial duties
- Assist technicians and service staff with daily operational needs
- Keep the entire dealership in clean and orderly condition.
- Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
- Maintain service drive-thru, customer waiting areas, floor cleaning, sweeping, scrubbing service department shop floor.
- A strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
- Previous janitorial experience not required but a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
