What You’ll Do: As the Showroom Greeter you are the first point of contact for our customers. As the face of our dealership, you will set the tone for a premium guest experience, ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels valued and attended to.
- The Warm Welcome: Greet every customer immediately upon arrival with a smile and a professional attitude.
- Traffic Management: Identify the customer’s needs (Sales, Service, or Parts) and personally introduce them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Hospitality: Maintain the cleanliness of the customer lounge and refreshment area, ensuring snacks and coffee are stocked and inviting.
- Showroom Excellence: Assist in keeping the showroom floor tidy and ensuring marketing materials or brochures are available for guests.
- Basic Inquiries: Answer general questions about the dealership and provide directions as needed.
- Must be available Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm
