Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer (Wearables, IoT & Mobile)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 - 150,000K

What will you be doing?
- Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications using React, Python, Node.js, and React Native
- Developing Android Wear OS applications in Kotlin for smartwatch devices
- Implementing IoT solutions on Linux-based peripherals, including indoor location tracking technologies
- Building and managing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, and Firebase
- Containerising and deploying services using Docker and Kubernetes
- Working with MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch to support scalable, real-time systems
- Contributing to AI/ML-driven features, including predictive analytics and real-time data processing
- Designing algorithms and mathematical models to improve system intelligence and performance
- Collaborating in agile sprints with product, hardware, and design teams
- Writing clean, testable code and participating in code reviews
- Troubleshooting production issues and continuously improving reliability and performance
Are you the ideal candidate?
- 5–7 years’ experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with React (hooks, Redux) and modern frontend development
- Backend expertise in Python (FastAPI / GraphQL) and Node.js (Express)
- Proven mobile development experience with React Native (iOS & Android)
- Experience building applications for Android / Wear OS using Kotlin
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and IoT environments
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- A strong problem-solver with a production-first mindset
- Comfortable working in an in-person or hybrid team environment with excellent communication skills
