Job Title: Electronic Solder and Assembler
Shifts: 1 shift, M-F (8-5)
Pay Scale: Negotiable and Based on Experience and Qualifications

Industry: Aircraft Instrumentation/Avionics Repair & Manufacture (FAA and AS9100/ISO Certified)
Experience Preferred: 5 years.
Job Overview: Our team is growing! We are looking for an Electronic Solder and Assembler Technician to handle component soldering and various technical assembly processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Soldering: Perform precision hand soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components onto PCBs.
- Mechanical & Electrical Assembly: Assemble, modify, or rework mechanical & electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, modules, and cable harnesses.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to company policies, Maintenance Manuals, FAA Regulations, and AS9100/ISO quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair actions performed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Soldering and Assembly
- Technical Literacy: Strong ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
- Precision Tooling: Mastery of hand tools including multimeters, calipers, and soldering equipment.
- Professionalism: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Communication: Fluent in reading, writing, and comprehending English to ensure absolute safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Compliance
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills.
- Drug Testing: Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test.
- FAA/DOT Regulations: This position is a safety sensitive position and subject to mandatory Random Drug and Alcohol Testing.
