Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role based in Concord, MA. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will provide companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and monitor their physical and emotional well-being to ensure their comfort and safety. Collaborating with clients and their families is a key part of this role to ensure individual needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal care, including grooming, bathing, and dressing skills
- Proficiency in household tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate companionship and support
- Ability to monitor client needs, provide medication reminders, and respond to emergencies
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols, including infection control
- Prior caregiving experience preferred; certification in CPR or First Aid is a plus
- Patience, empathy, and reliability
