Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, nutritional needs, and medication reminders
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
- Follow established care plans and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
- Prior experience in caregiving, either in a home care setting or a healthcare facility.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required for the position).
