We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Care Coordinator to support our growing non-medical home care team at Executive Home Care of Conway, AR.
This role is perfect for a caregiver who is ready to take the next step into leadership and client support while still remaining involved in hands-on care. You will play an important role in supporting caregivers, ensuring clients receive excellent care, and helping maintain strong relationships with the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Client Assessments & Care Planning
- Assist with in-home client assessments
- Support the development and updates of individualized care plans Help ensure caregivers understand and follow each client’s care plan
Caregiver Support & Training
- Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of services
- Provide follow-up training and support when needed Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
Client Relationship Support
- Conduct occasional client check-ins to help ensure satisfaction
- Communicate updates or concerns regarding client care Help maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families
Backup Care Coverage
- Provide hands-on caregiving when needed
- Assist with filling shifts when coverage gaps occur Model excellent caregiving standards for the team

- Previous experience in non-medical home care or caregiving

- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
- Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance, and commitment to client care
