Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role is based in Indianapolis, IN with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer service, conducting sales activities, and training staff. They will also manage sales-related projects and ensure the alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
- Proven Sales experience and ability to close deals
- Experience in Training and Sales Management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience in the home care industry is a plus
