Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process with clarity and confidence
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to showcase listings effectively
- Negotiate offers and terms to secure the best outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress
- Stay informed about local market trends, real estate laws, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and ensuring a smooth transaction experience
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant transactions
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build trust and rapport

- Prior real estate administrative experience is highly advantageous to streamline processes
