What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Executive Electronics of Southwest Florida?
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Coordinator to keep our office running like a well-oiled machine. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and the primary support for our Sales and Production teams. What Youll Do Daily Summarized
- Lead Management: Answer phones, qualify new leads, and get them on the calendar for our sales team.
- Customer Service: Greet walk-in guests and coordinate their meetings with our team.
- Project Kickoff: Process newly "Accepted" jobs by sending out DocuSigns, invoicing deposits, and setting up project folders in Teams.
- Billing & Paperwork: Handle invoicing for change orders and project balances, send out lien releases, and request NTOs (Notices to Owner).
- Office Upkeep: Keep the office and kitchen tidy, order supplies, and occasionally coordinate catering for events.
- Sales Tracking: Update sales totals and billing spreadsheets for our weekly team meetings.
- Collections: Follow up on outstanding payments to keep projects moving.
