Position Summary

Executive Detail Solution is hiring experienced Security Officers with a strong background in executive protection, event security, and high-profile client services. Successful candidates will be responsible for protecting executives, VIPs, celebrities, corporate personnel, private families, and client assets while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide protective security for executives, VIPs, celebrities, and private clients.
• Conduct advance planning and site assessments before assignments.
• Perform foot and vehicle patrols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
• Control access points and verify credentials.
• Maintain situational awareness and identify potential security risks.
• Respond professionally to emergencies, disturbances, and medical incidents.
• Escort clients safely between locations.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, event organizers, and client representatives when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and assignments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Executive Detail Solution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Professional appearance, excellent judgment, and a customer-focused attitude.

Required Florida Licensing

• Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is required before beginning work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background screening and any client-required screening.
• Must maintain all required state licenses and certifications throughout employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Executive Protection experience strongly preferred.
• Experience protecting corporate executives, public officials, celebrities, professional athletes, or high-net-worth individuals.
• Military, law enforcement, or corporate security experience.
• Experience with special events, luxury hotels, residential communities, or commercial properties.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
• Defensive driving training is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Haitian Creole) is highly desirable.
• Strong report writing and de-escalation skills.

Pay: $49,417.94 - $59,514.08 per year
