Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Punta Gorda, FL. The individual will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules for technicians, ensuring effective communication with customers, dispatching service calls in a timely manner, and maintaining detailed records of activities. Additional tasks include managing incoming calls, troubleshooting minor customer concerns, and ensuring seamless workflow to maximize operational efficiency. The Dispatcher will play a critical role in ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling and dispatching tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with technicians and providing customer support.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software (ServiceTian or similar); familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve scheduling conflicts or service-related issues as they arise.
• Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or in the HVAC industry is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
