Bus Driver- Motorcoach

Executive Coach Inc. has been delivering safe, comfortable, and professional motorcoach transportation across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the Northeast since 1979. We are a family-owned and operated company serving a wide range of clients — from weddings and school trips to corporate events, sports teams, government officials, and multi-day tours.

Our modern fleet includes 40-passenger standard coaches and 56-passenger luxury coaches, all meticulously maintained and equipped with top-tier amenities. Our drivers are the face of our business, and we take that seriously.

The Role

We are currently hiring drivers — both full-time and part-time — to safely operate our motorcoaches on charters ranging from local Lancaster-area runs to interstate and international travel, including single-day and multi-day trips.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate motorcoaches in compliance with all traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Board and deboard passengers; deliver safety announcements and trip information
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and welfare of all passengers throughout every trip
• Maintain a clean driving record and professional demeanor at all times
• Assist with luggage and cargo up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements

Licensing:

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B
• Air Brake Endorsement
• Passenger (P) Endorsement

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of CDL passenger driving experience
• Large vehicle cargo-carrying experience, such as Motorcoach, school bus, and transit bus. All considered.
• Minimum age: 25 years old
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Additional:

• Good character and positive work history
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check
• Clean driving record required

Schedule & Availability

We are a 7-days-a-week charter operation. Our busiest period is Friday through Sunday.

• Full-time drivers: open availability preferred
• Part-time drivers: minimum 10 days of availability per month required
