NOW HIRING: 2 EVENING JANITORIAL TEAM MEMBERS

Executive Cleaning by Design LLC is looking for two dependable, hardworking people to join our growing commercial cleaning team.

Starting pay is $17 per hour.

Position Details:

• Approximately 35 hours per week
• Evening shifts beginning after 7:00 PM
• Consistent, regular schedule
• Commercial janitorial cleaning only
• No residential cleaning
• Experience is not required. We will train the right people.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums to maintain floors and surfaces.
• Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Conduct sanitation of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety regulations.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or touch-up painting to support overall facility upkeep.
• Follow safety guidelines during manual handling and heavy lifting to prevent injuries while moving equipment or supplies.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supply inventories, and safety checks for accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor buffing, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Experience with handling chemical agents safely and adhering to chemical handling safety procedures.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or painting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and equipment operation.
• Customer service skills are valuable for interacting professionally with staff or visitors when needed.
• Previous porter experience or industrial cleaning background will support success in this role.
