Executive Cash Home Buyers is seeking a top-tier Senior Disposition Agent to take the reins on our wholesale transaction process. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind selling the properties we get under contract with homeowners, connecting them with the perfect investors in our network.
We need more than just a closer; we need a confident, proactive dealmaker who can step in, build immediate rapport, and execute at the highest level. If you thrive on the thrill of the negotiation and have the gravitas to manage transactions from contract to close, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Management & Coordination: Oversee all active wholesale and novation contracts within our transaction management system (CRM). This includes meticulous note-taking, updating status changes, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- On-Site Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property walkthroughs and photos with our local "boots on the ground" team, ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Strategic Marketing & Sales: Prepare and market exclusive wholesale and novation agreements to our extensive database of investors ("Investor Lift") and through our network of real estate agents.
- High-Level Negotiation: Confidently lead negotiations with end-buyers to secure the best possible terms and close deals efficiently.
- Vendor Management: When necessary, engage with sellers to professionally and effectively negotiate price reductions to keep deals on track and profitable.
- Drive Results: Proactively manage your pipeline with a sense of urgency, creativity, and a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
Qualifications & Qualities We Value:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. You have a history of closing deals and building strong relationships.
- Master Communicator: You possess exceptional people and conversational skills. You can build instant rapport, provide solutions, and navigate challenging phone conversations with ease and confidence.

- Schedule: Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: 10% - 20% commission, paid monthly.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn 5% - 10% commission on closed agreements, with rates varying based on deal size.
- Performance Bonuses: We reward excellence. Your performance will be reviewed every 90 days for potential bonus incentives.
