Emergency Services Restoration Project Manager / Foreman
About the Role
We are seeking a high-accountability, field-driven Project Manager / Foreman to lead restoration projects from initial loss through final completion. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and leads from the front.
This is an 80 percent field-based position requiring hands-on leadership, strong decision-making, and consistent execution without the need for constant oversight. You will be responsible for driving project quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability across multiple active jobs.
What You Will Own
Field Operations Leadership
You will take full ownership of projects in the field from day one. This includes assessing new losses, building action plans, leading job setup, and ensuring all work meets company and industry standards. You will actively monitor progress, solve issues in real time, and drive jobs to completion with urgency and precision.
Crew Leadership and Accountability
You will lead technicians and crew leads with clear expectations around performance, quality, and professionalism. This role requires someone who can coach, develop, and hold teams accountable while maintaining a strong, respected presence on job sites.
Customer Experience
You will serve as the primary on-site point of contact, guiding customers through stressful situations with clarity and professionalism. You will set expectations, communicate proactively, and ensure a strong customer experience from start to finish.
Project and Financial Ownership
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget. This includes identifying change orders, maintaining strong margins, and driving efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Subcontractor and Vendor Management
You will coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring all external partners meet performance and quality standards while staying aligned with timelines.
Documentation and Estimating
You will create and review estimates using Xactimate and maintain complete, accurate job documentation including photos, moisture logs, and notes. Strong documentation is critical to supporting supplements and ensuring clean project closeout.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
You will enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and proper job site practices. Clean, organized, and professional job sites are a non-negotiable.

What You Bring
Required Experience
Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
Hands-on experience managing crews or small teams
Strong understanding of drying, remediation, or similar field processes
Proficiency in Xactimate
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
Experience working within an insurance restoration environment
Familiarity with job management systems such as IRestore

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
