What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Auditor position at Executive Alliance?
Our client is looking for experienced nurses that are looking to make the transition from face-to-face patient interaction, to the administrative side. The Nurse Auditor will have full responsibility to audit patient charts and respond to insurance denials.
Hybrid opportunity, 2 days per week onsite required. Flexible hours; must work a total of 8 hours daily between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Job Description
Salary : $110000 - $110000
- Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- Strong Computer and software skills required for effective remote work.
- Registered Nurse licensed in New York preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in hospital (med-surg) setting preferred.
- Auditing experience is preferred.
- Must be able to understand all ancillary department functions.
- Must be able to understand insurance terms (i.e. HMO/PP, EOB, stop loss, etc.) and payment methodologies.
