Our client is a highly regarded, boutique construction law firm in NYC. They are currently in growth mode and seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3β5 years of litigation experience in Construction Law.

- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
- Advise clients on risk management, project delivery, and dispute avoidance strategies.
- Analyze complex legal issues and prepare legal memoranda,
- Represent clients in litigation related to construction claims, delays, and defects.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and briefs.
- Work closely with partners and clients in all phases of complex construction projects and disputes.
- 3 years of experience in construction litigation or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, including AIA contracts, lien laws, and delay claims.
- Courtroom, mediation, and arbitration experience preferred.
- Admission in NY required, NJ a plus.
