Our client is a highly regarded, boutique construction law firm in NYC. They are currently in growth mode and seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience in Construction Law.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
  • Advise clients on risk management, project delivery, and dispute avoidance strategies.
  • Analyze complex legal issues and prepare legal memoranda,
  • Represent clients in litigation related to construction claims, delays, and defects.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and briefs.
  • Work closely with partners and clients in all phases of complex construction projects and disputes.


  • 3 years of experience in construction litigation or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, including AIA contracts, lien laws, and delay claims.
  • Courtroom, mediation, and arbitration experience preferred.
  • Admission in NY required, NJ a plus.
