Our client is seeking a skilled and outgoing individual to join our team as a Composite and Electrometric Material Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assemble composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and toolingRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawingsUse hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish materialsInspect finished products for quality and accuracyUsing basic measuring devices such as calipers and scales.Following work instructions and drawings.Drilling composite materials with close tolerance carbide bit drills with the use of air hand drill motors, drill presses or large drill fixtures.Drilling aluminum plates and countersinking holes for different size rivets.Sanding for quality finish of all composites in a vented grinding room, wearing fitted particle masks.Installing nut plate hardware with cherry rivets, with handheld riveters.Mixing a variety of chemical adhesives.Understanding and interpreting manufacturing drawings and manufacturing procedures.Installing manufactured harnesses and crimping lug nuts.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in composite and electrometric material assembly preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings in EnglishProficient in the use of hand and power toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe Salary Range is $42,000 - $50,000.#IND2
