The person in this position comes alongside financial advisors to play an important role in servicing clients. Responsibilities include, among others:
· Processing new business accounts, completing insurance applications and servicing existing clients.
· Managing your own implementation pipeline end to end
· Performing follow-up and prep work for new and existing clients
· Learning and using existing systems, including CRM tools, custodian platforms, and insurance carrier platforms
· Preparing client documents, reports, and meeting materials
· Managing calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling
· Serving as a professional point of contact for clients
· Coordinating with internal teams to keep tasks moving forward
Required
· Prior administrative experience (at least 2 years), preferably in financial services
· Health and life licensure within 90 days of hire
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language minimum)
· Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office
· Professional, kind, dependable, and detail-oriented
· Ability and willingness to work on site
· Flexible and responsive to client and staff needs
