We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing organization during an exciting period of expansion. This is an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit
• Schedule interviews and partner with hiring managers
• Manage high-volume candidate communications and follow-up
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records in the ATS
• Track recruiting metrics and support hiring goals across the organization
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
