What You'll Be Doing
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy.
- Lead multi-channel sales across independent dealer networks, distributors, and direct national accounts.
- Drive recurring revenue growth through the aftermarket parts and accessories division.
- Direct brand positioning, digital lead generation, and field trade show strategy.
- Lead a team of 4-5 sales directors while partnering with product management, finance, and service.
- 12 years of senior sales and marketing leadership in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or capital goods.
- Deep expertise managing independent dealer networks and aftermarket parts distribution models.
- Proven P&L ownership and multi-site team leadership.
- Financial acumen in equipment financing, dealer floor-plan structures, and capital lease management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Management
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
