Installation Supervisor – Commercial Refrigeration/Construction
Location: Charlotte, NC

What You Get To Do
- Lead commercial refrigeration installation projects from planning to completion
- Supervise crews of Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices
- Forecast manpower needs and manage schedules
- Oversee procurement, permits, and jobsite logistics
- Act as the go-to technical expert for supermarket refrigeration systems
- Ensure safety compliance and customer satisfaction
- 5 years in commercial refrigeration installation or construction
- 2 years as a Foreman or supervisor (supermarket refrigeration strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with rack refrigeration systems (not HVAC)
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel across multiple states
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or degree is a plus
- Competitive Pay: $35–$50/hr overtime
