What You Get To Do
- Serve as a strategic partner with senior leadership in areas such as employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, talent acquisition/management, and compliance
- Lead, coach and manage the HR team
- Monitor, develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee benefit programs
- Develop and monitor the HR budget
- Work with the Safety/Operations teams on safety initiatives
- Bachelor's degree; HR certification(s) a plus
- 10 years of progressive experience with a strong leadership bakground
- Manufacturing experience; food manufacturing a plus
- Experience in companies 500 ee's
- Multi-site experience a plus
