You will work behind-the-scenes to collaborate with our sales team and fellow Recruiters.
As a Recruiter, you will:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration and progression of candidate information in company systems and pipeline.
- Responsible for finding, attracting and assisting in job offers.
- Coordinate and manage virtual interviews, recruiting team calendar, reference checks and possible cold calling.
- Assist in internal/external job postings.
- Seek candidate opportunities, networking events and other company/community events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Familiar with Google Sheets
- Google Drive
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with paperless environment
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
