Exclusive Resorts is a luxury vacation club redefining travel through curated experiences and exceptional service. We are expanding our engineering leadership to support our digital transformation, including a public website and mobile app product.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Lead to drive technical excellence across our web and mobile platforms. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across frontend and backend disciplines.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js).
• Oversee code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and accessibility standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years of software engineering experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in the Denver office (hybrid).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or consumer-facing digital products.
• Knowledge of Anthropic Claude code, Cursor, and CSS optimization.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and scalable architecture.
